Baby Lapsit

Baby Lapsit is a welcoming storytime experience designed for the littlest library visitors and the adults who care for them. The 20-minute session features books, rhymes, songs, and simple movements all chosen with babies' developmental needs in mind. It's a great way to introduce your infant to language, rhythm, and the joy of reading in a relaxed, supportive environment. After storytime wraps up, you're invited to stay for an additional 30 minutes of free play time. This gives babies and caregivers a chance to explore, connect with other families, and let little ones move around at their own pace. The program runs regularly throughout the year, so you can make it part of your routine. Please note that photos may be taken during the event for the library's website and social media—just let staff know if you'd prefer your family not to be photographed.
