Baby Lapsit

Baby Lapsit is a storytime program designed for the littlest library visitors and the adults who care for them. During the 20-minute session, babies experience age-appropriate books, rhymes, music, and movement tailored to their developmental stage. It's a gentle introduction to stories and sounds in a supportive environment. After storytime wraps up, families are welcome to stick around for a 30-minute Stay and Play time, giving babies a chance to explore and interact while caregivers connect with one another. This program runs regularly throughout the fall, so you can make it part of your weekly routine. Keep in mind that the library may take photos during the event for their website and social media—just let staff know if you'd prefer your family not to be photographed.
