Baby Open Play

This is a drop-in play session designed for babies and their caregivers at the Chapel Hill Public Library. There's no registration required—just show up during the scheduled time in the Kids' Program Room. It's a casual, welcoming environment where little ones can explore and play while parents and caregivers connect with others in the community. The library is committed to making this program accessible to all families. If you have any accessibility needs or concerns, the library team is happy to work with you to arrange accommodations. Keep in mind that the library occasionally photographs and videos events, so ask staff if you have questions about that. It's a simple, free way to get out of the house and let your baby enjoy some playtime with peers.
