Books and Belonging

Books and Belonging at 100 Library Dr.

Books and Belonging is a monthly gathering hosted by B3 Coffee and Chapel Hill Public Library designed to welcome readers of all abilities and reading levels. During each session, the group explores different kinds of literature—everything from poetry and short stories to chapter books—with sensory supports and interactive materials on hand to make the experience accessible and engaging for everyone. You don't need to do any reading beforehand; just show up and participate at whatever level feels comfortable. This is a great fit for teens and adults looking for a welcoming community around books. No previous library experience necessary—in fact, staff are available to help anyone interested in getting a library card or learning more about what the library has to offer. To join, visit the registration link provided on the library's website. The group meets on the second Wednesday of each month.
