Curiosity Crew, K-2 - Weather Whirl
Hands-on STEM discovery for K–2nd graders: explore wind and weather through play.
Join your kindergartener through 2nd grader for an engaging exploration of wind and weather! Kids will dive into hands-on experiments, creative projects, and interactive activities that reveal how wind shapes the world around us. Through storytelling and discovery, they'll learn about everything from gentle breezes to powerful storms in a way that sparks curiosity and wonder.
Your child can participate independently or with you by their side—the choice is yours. If you come along, you'll need to stay in the library throughout the 45-minute session. This is a great way to support your child's learning while they have fun building and creating. Please note that photos may be taken during the program for the library's website and social media, but you can let staff know if you'd prefer your family not to be photographed.
