Drop-in Tech Support

One-on-one tech help at the library: kids and families learn device skills and troubleshooting.

Get personalized help from library staff with your technology questions and challenges. Whether you're troubleshooting a device issue or learning to use a new gadget, trained staff members offer one-on-one support to help you build confidence with computers, tablets, and smartphones. This program covers practical skills like setting up email accounts, using library digital resources such as Libby and Hoopla, navigating apps, and problem-solving device issues. Registration is required to guarantee you receive individual attention during your session. Bring your device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone) along with chargers and any passwords you might need. This program welcomes anyone interested in improving their technology skills, whether you're just starting out or looking to troubleshoot a specific problem. Note that staff cannot assist with resume writing or provide medical, financial, or legal advice, though they can refer you to additional library resources for job-seeking support. The program runs monthly on the second Wednesday evening.
