Forest Dino Dig at Spring Haven Farm

Kids can hunt for buried treasures during this hands-on paleontology adventure at Spring Haven Farm. Visitors will dig through soil and sediment to uncover dinosaur skeletons, gemstones, fossils, shark teeth, arrowheads, and tumbled stone mixes. There's no limit to how many treasures you can find—the goal is simply to fill your bag as full as possible with whatever you discover. Admission is $15.95 per person. If your child catches the archaeological bug, additional dig bags are available for $6 each, and you can add as many as you'd like. This activity runs through mid-September on Wednesdays through Sundays, so there's plenty of opportunity to visit. It's perfect for kids who love dinosaurs and the thrill of searching for hidden treasures.
