Grape Kids Open Studio at The Painted Grape (Burlington)

Looking for a creative afternoon or evening with your kids? Grape Kids Open Studio welcomes children and adults of all ages—no sign-ups needed. Just drop in during their Open Studio hours and let your family create. Local artists are on hand to guide you through painting techniques, suggest color combinations, and help spark project ideas, but the experience is self-paced rather than structured instruction. Most families spend about 90 minutes exploring the various activities and creating something to take home. The studio provides everything you need, and cleanup is handled for you. You can paint on canvas (sizes and prices range from 8" x 10" at $15 to 16" x 20" at $30), try make-and-take ceramics ($10–$25+), decorate kindness rocks (4 for $2), create with Perler beads ($5 for unlimited), or dive into wood crafts ($4 each). There's also a full crafting station with construction paper, markers, pom-poms, foam shapes, and more. Activities start as low as $2.
