Homeschool Hangout

This is a gathering designed specifically for homeschooling families looking to build community and connect with others on similar educational paths. At the Chapel Hill Public Library, your family will have the chance to meet other homeschool families, discover what the library has to offer, and participate in hands-on activities including games and crafts geared toward children. It's a casual, exploratory experience that helps launch a new community space dedicated to homeschoolers. Registration is required to attend, and you'll need to sign up by the event date. The library asks that families be aware photos and videos may be taken during the program. If your child has food allergies, please note that the library cannot guarantee food served will be free from tree nuts, soy, or other allergens.
