Incredible Science

Your kids will love this bite-sized science experience, perfect for curious minds ages 7 and up. Over 30 minutes, you'll watch live experiments and demonstrations that bring science to life. The topics rotate, but you can expect hands-on explorations of physics and chemistry concepts like inertia, buoyancy, and electromagnetism. The program also dives into fascinating natural science—think beaver teeth anatomy or the remarkable strength of bird eggs. There's no need to register ahead; just show up and enjoy. This is a free, walk-up program held regularly throughout the week at Windows on the World, located on the third floor of the Nature Exploration Center. It's a wonderful way to spend a half hour if you're already visiting the museum or looking for a quick science boost during your day. The casual format means kids can jump right in without any pressure or advance planning.
