Incredible Science
Interactive science experiences at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences Downtown Raleigh.
Your kids will love this fast-paced, 30-minute program packed with hands-on science experiments and live demonstrations. Each session covers different topics—you might see physics and chemistry in action through demonstrations about inertia, buoyancy, or electromagnetism, or dive into fascinating natural science facts like what makes beaver teeth so incredible or why bird eggs are so remarkably strong.
This is a walk-up program, so no advance registration needed. It's designed for children ages 7 and up and runs multiple times throughout the week. Best of all, it's completely free. The program takes place at Windows on the World in the Nature Exploration Center, giving your family a chance to explore more of the museum before or after the show.
