International Mud Day Celebration (Registration Required)

Hosted by the Alamance Partnership for Children at their outdoor learning space, the celebration is all about encouraging curiosity, creativity, and sensory exploration while fostering a genuine love of the outdoors. The two-hour session includes snacks and water, so you can focus on the fun without packing supplies. Best suited for young children and their families, this free event does require advance registration. The one important note: dress your kids (and yourselves) in clothes and shoes that can handle getting thoroughly muddy—this is not a clean activity, and that's exactly the point!
