Join this 90-minute evening program designed for adults seeking mindfulness and meaningful conversation. The session begins with 30 minutes of guided meditation, followed by a 45-minute facilitated discussion centered on a specific reading. You'll have 15 minutes to ask questions and engage with the group, and the evening closes with a light activity to wrap things up.
Registration is required to attend, and spots must be reserved by the start time. This program is open to adults ages 18 and up. If you have accessibility needs or questions about accommodations, the library is happy to work with you—just reach out to them directly. Please note that if food is served, the library cannot guarantee it hasn't made contact with tree nuts, soy, or other common allergens.
