Join an evening focused on wellness through meditation and reading. This 90-minute program combines guided practice with thoughtful discussion. You'll start with 30 minutes of guided meditation, followed by 45 minutes exploring a specific text through facilitated conversation. The session wraps up with 15 minutes for questions and answers, plus a light closing activity.
This program is designed for adults 18 and older. Registration is required to attend, and spots close on the day of the event.
