Let's Get Moving : Chair-Based Exercise Class at 100 Library Dr.

This free dance fitness class uses a chair-based format to give participants a complete workout while staying seated. Led by certified instructor Angela Lyght, a Chapel Hill resident, the class combines movement and music in a way that's accessible for older adults, people managing disabilities, and anyone looking for joint-friendly, low-impact exercise. You'll find the atmosphere encouraging and inclusive, designed to meet people wherever they are in their fitness journey. Whether you're new to group fitness or a regular, you're welcome to join. While the library encourages registration ahead of time, it's not required to attend—drop-ins are always welcome. The class happens weekly, giving you plenty of opportunities to participate at your own pace. Best of all, there's no cost to join Angela's energetic, supportive sessions.
