This free, weekly dance fitness class brings together movement and joy in a welcoming environment. You'll experience a full-body workout set to music while seated, making it accessible and fun for your body. Instructor Angela Lyght, a certified Chair One Fitness instructor and Chapel Hill native, leads each session with genuine enthusiasm and creates a supportive space where everyone feels comfortable participating, whether you're returning regularly or trying it out for the first time. The class works especially well for older adults, people managing disabilities, and anyone looking for low-impact exercise that's easy on joints. While registration is encouraged to help with planning, it's completely optional—you can drop in whenever it works for your schedule.
