The instructor, Angela Lyght, is a certified Chair One Fitness professional and Chapel Hill native who specializes in low-impact, joint-friendly exercise. She creates a genuinely welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels encouraged, whether you're just starting out or already active in your fitness routine.
The class is especially designed for older adults, people managing disabilities, and anyone who benefits from extra support during exercise. You don't need any prior experience to join—drop-ins are absolutely welcome, and while the library encourages registration, it's not required.
