Let's Get Moving : Chair-Based Exercise Class at 100 Library Dr.

This is a free, chair-based dance fitness class that gives your whole body a workout while keeping things enjoyable and accessible. Led by certified instructor Angela Lyght, a Chapel Hill resident, the class focuses on low-impact movement that's easy on joints. It's designed with older adults, people with disabilities, and anyone needing modifications in mind—but truly welcomes everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. The class happens in a supportive atmosphere where the instructor brings encouragement and energy to help you feel comfortable moving at your own pace. While registration is suggested, it's not required—you can drop in anytime. Best of all, there's no cost to participate. The class meets regularly throughout the year, so you can join whenever it works for your schedule.
