Mindful Museum: Seasonal Restorative Art-Making Circles

Mindful Museum: Seasonal Restorative Art-Making Circles at West Building

Join a guided art-making and mindfulness session designed to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself. During this 90-minute circle, you'll create artwork using simple materials while exploring meditative techniques and seasonal themes. Whether you're hoping to decompress, tap into your creativity, or work through what's been on your mind, you'll have a judgment-free space to do so at your own pace. Local artist and healing arts facilitator Noureen Shaikh leads the group. No art experience necessary—these circles welcome all skill levels and are open to ages 16 and up. All supplies are provided, and the session is free with registration. This is one of four quarterly sessions held throughout the year, so it's a great way to build a mindful practice into your routine. It's a chance to slow down and process through making, surrounded by others doing the same.
