Museum Tour in ASL
Museum Tour in ASL at West Building, Lobby
This two-hour guided tour offers adults who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing an opportunity to explore the museum's collections in American Sign Language. A trained docent leads the experience entirely in ASL with no spoken English, creating an accessible and inclusive environment. The specific themes featured on each tour rotate monthly, so you'll discover something different depending on when you visit.
The tour is completely free and requires registration beforehand. If you have questions about the program or need more details about accessibility, you can reach out to Molly Hull at mhull@ncartmuseum.org. This is a wonderful way for Deaf and Hard of Hearing adults to engage with art and learn from museum experts in their preferred language.
