NCMA Loves Anime Winter Bazaar: Triangle Choir Club and The Last Blossom

Join the North Carolina Museum of Art for an evening celebrating anime culture! The Triangle Choir Club will perform from 7 to 7:30 p.m., followed by a screening of *The Last Blossom*, a 90-minute animated drama directed by Baku Kinoshita. The film tells the story of a former yakuza member serving a life sentence who reflects on his past, the woman he loved, and a child he cherished, alongside an unexpected companion—a witty flower in a can. Rated PG-13, this thoughtful animation explores themes of redemption and regret. This ticketed event works well for families with older kids and anime fans of all ages. Museum members get in free, and discounted tickets are available for students, military personnel, senior citizens (65+), and groups. The event takes place at the East Building's SECU Auditorium, which offers accessible facilities for all guests. It's a great opportunity to experience both live performance and quality film programming in one evening.
