Open Maker Session at the Makery at Boxyard RTP (Ages 6+)

Your kids can dive into hands-on creativity at this open maker space designed for children, tweens, teens, and adults. The Makery provides all the materials you'll need for projects, so there's no need to bring supplies. Friendly staff members are on hand throughout your visit to help with tools, guide setup, and spark ideas if you need inspiration. It's a welcoming, well-maintained space where safety and inclusion are top priorities. This session works well for ages 6 and up. Kids under 14 need to be accompanied by an adult the whole time. Teens ages 14–17 can attend on their own if a parent or guardian completes and signs a waiver beforehand. Admission is $10–$20 per person, and you'll need to register in advance through their ticketing system. Two time slots are available on this date: morning (11 a.m.–2 p.m.) and evening (3–7 p.m.), so you can choose what fits your schedule best.
