Open Maker Session at the Makery at Boxyard RTP (Ages 6+)

Your kids can dive into hands-on creative projects at this maker space designed for elementary-aged children through adults. During the open session, participants get access to all materials needed for their projects, plus support from staff who are there to help with tools, setup, and ideas. It's a chance to build, create, and explore in a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming environment focused on safety. Kids ages 6 and up are welcome, and teens 14 and older can even attend independently (with a signed parental waiver). Younger children need an adult companion. Pre-registration is required, and admission is $10–$20 per person. Sessions run in two time blocks throughout the day, so you can choose a window that works best for your family schedule.
