Open Maker Session at the Makery at Boxyard RTP (Ages 6+)

Kids ages 6 and up can dive into hands-on creative projects at this maker space designed for elementary students through adults. All materials you'll need are provided, and staff members are on hand to help with tools, setup, and brainstorming. The space emphasizes safety and welcomes makers of all skill levels in a clean, well-equipped environment. Teens ages 14–17 can attend independently (with a signed parental waiver), while younger children need an adult companion. Sessions run in two time blocks: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Pre-registration is required, and tickets cost $10–$20 per person.
