Open Maker Session at the Makery at Boxyard RTP (Ages 6+)

Kids ages 6 and up can dive into hands-on creative projects at this open maker space in Boxyard RTP. During your visit, you'll have access to all the materials and tools you need, with staff on hand to support your family's ideas, answer questions, and help with setup. Whether your child is just starting to explore making or already has some experience, there's room for all skill levels to tinker, build, and create together. Note that all children under 14 need an adult companion, though teens ages 14–17 can attend independently (they'll just need a guardian's signed waiver beforehand). Sessions run in two windows: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Pre-registration is required, and admission is $10–$20 per person.
