Open Maker Session at the Makery at Boxyard RTP (Ages 6+)

Your kids can dive into hands-on creative projects at this maker space designed for children, teens, and adults. During open sessions, families have access to a range of tools and materials to bring their ideas to life—whether that's building, crafting, or experimenting. Staff members are on hand to help with equipment, setup guidance, and inspiration. The space is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for makers of all skill levels. Sessions run during two time blocks throughout the day, giving your family flexibility to visit when it works best. Kids ages 6 and up are welcome; younger children must be accompanied by an adult, while teens 14 and older can attend independently (with a signed parental waiver). All materials are provided for projects. Admission is $10–$20 per person, and you'll need to register in advance through their ticketing system.
