Preschool Story Time

Join us for a half-hour session designed to introduce young children to the joy of reading and language. Your preschooler or kindergartner will enjoy a mix of stories, songs, and interactive activities that build early literacy skills in a fun, engaging way. This program works best for children ages 3 through 6, giving them time to listen, participate, and explore books together. The library hosts this program regularly throughout the year, so you can make it part of your routine. Sessions take place in Meeting Room A, and the relaxed format lets kids learn at their own pace. Just a heads up: the library does photograph and video record events, which may include your child. If you'd like to know more about how those materials are used, you can ask the staff when you arrive.
