Story Time at the Museum

Join us for a brief story time session at the Nature Exploration Center! This free program welcomes the youngest readers—children five and under—with picture books selected just for their age group. The twenty-minute gathering takes place in the Windows on the World classroom on the third floor, giving little ones a chance to enjoy stories in a museum setting. This is a casual, walk-up program, so no registration is needed. Keep in mind that while your child will get to hear great books, live animal interactions aren't guaranteed during story time. It's a wonderful way to introduce young children to the museum and spark an early love of reading.
