Story Time at the Museum

Join us for a relaxed story time session at the Nature Exploration Center in downtown Raleigh. This free program is specifically designed for the youngest listeners—children 5 and under—with books selected to match their interests and attention span. The 20-minute gathering takes place in the Windows on the World classroom on the third floor, making it an easy outing for families with little ones. While we welcome all caregivers and children to enjoy the stories together, please know that we don't guarantee hands-on animal interactions during this particular program. It's a wonderful way to introduce your child to the museum in a calm, age-appropriate setting. No registration or tickets are required—just come and enjoy.
