Storytime and Playtime at Southern

Join your little ones for a morning of stories, songs, and movement led by Southern Branch librarians. The first part of the program runs for 25 minutes and is designed for toddlers and preschoolers with their caregivers. After storytime wraps up, stick around for an hour of playtime featuring toys provided by Carrboro Parks and Recreation—a great way to let kids burn some energy while you connect with other families. The best part? This program is completely free and doesn't require any advance registration. Just show up and head to the first floor of the Drakeford Library Complex, where staff at the information desk can point you to the right room.
