Summer Skate at Wheels Durham
Cozy Thursday-night pajama story time with stuffies at Allendale Township Library.
Wheels Durham is hosting a Summer Skate event with two back-to-back sessions, giving families flexible options to enjoy a few hours of skating. The first session runs from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and the second starts at 2:00 p.m. and goes until 4:30 p.m. The rink will feature Top 40 music to keep the energy fun and upbeat throughout the day.
Admission is $13 per skater, with a more affordable $4 option for non-skating adults who want to supervise or watch. If your child needs skates, rentals are available: traditional roller skates cost $6, rollerblades are $7, and Skate-Mates (trainer skates for younger beginners) are $6. One important note: everyone entering the facility must complete a waiver form before skating. You can purchase tickets online through United Skates' website. This is a great opportunity for kids of all skill levels to get some summer exercise and have a blast on wheels.
