Teen Short Film Challenge @ Gibsonville Public Library (Ages 13–18)

Six-week filmmaking challenge for middle & high schoolers.

**Teen Short Film Challenge @ Gibsonville Public Library** This six-week filmmaking program invites teens to collaborate on creating an original short film from start to finish. Participants will learn the essentials of moviemaking while working together as a team—writing the script, planning shots, filming, and editing their project. It's a hands-on introduction to the creative process behind making movies, all wrapped up in a fun summer experience. Your teen's finished film will premiere at the library's end-of-summer celebration, giving them a chance to showcase their work. The program is completely free and requires no advance registration—just drop in and come prepared with a lunch (or make one at the library). This is perfect for anyone ages 13–18 who's curious about filmmaking or looking for a creative group activity during their summer break.
